common tendons that become inflamed

The most common tendon areas that become inflamed are the elbow, wrist, forearm, biceps, shoulder, leg, knee, ankle, hip, and Achilles.
Tendonitis varies according to the person, but it usually affects the tendons mostly used. For example, swimmers many times get their shoulders inflamed and hikers develop tendonitis in their fingers. So it really all depends on what areas you use the most.
